Who Is Eligible?

You do not need to be a part of our program to be eligible - we serve all those living at less than 80% area median income.

Current Rentals

We have a very low vacancy rate.  When we do have a vacancy we can share, we notify people who have signed up on our email list with details of the upcoming rental and instructions for submitting an application.

Signing up on our email list is the best way to find out about posted vacancies.  When we have one, YOU'LL be the first to know!
